START MAKING CALLS NOW
- Our phone banking system, CallFire, uses an automated dialing system that connects you automatically to the caller. This means no dialing for you and accurate call tracking for Rick’s campaign. The instructions are as follows and start button is below.
- Please make your calls between 9 AM and 9 PM.
- Sit in front of your computer with your phone at hand. (If possible use a landline, so your phone banking is free. (If you use a cell phone you will be charged your own minutes. In addition cell phones are more likely to drop calls.)
Type this information to log in:
Campaign Name or ID: rick torres bridgeport (or other town).
The towns we are currently calling are Bridgeport, Easton, Fairfield, Greenwich, Monroe, New Canaan, Oxford, Redding, and Westport. When you type rick torres a list of towns will appear and you can choose the one you would like to call. On some computers there is a delay before the list appears.

- You will not be dialing phone numbers. After you hit login, the system will call you and initiate the phone banking. Don’t hang up the phone after each call. The system will dial the next number as you wait. If you hang up your phone you can reconnect to the system.
- You will see the name of the person you are calling in the panel on the right. When you connect with a caller, there is a script and some survey questions at the top of the screen for you to use.
- When you get a person’s voice mail, wait until the phone message ends and then hit the SMART DROP button on the right hand side of the screen. A pre-recorded message from Rick will be left on the answering machine of the person the system has called. After you click SMART DROP, you can click NEXT and go on to the next call.
